Showering has turned into a disgusting worship of all those results that concluded papers which convinced governments to implement approval of mass media advertising of keeping clean through the use and abuse of products such as a wide variety of soap products like toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, deodorants and then expanding into any and all types of soap products that you have in your cleaning closets or other probably neglected closets, pantries, and cupboards.

the way i make my vegan is quite complex but elaborated from the same diet as usual.
the bread these days takes about 3-4 daus to make and as a recipe it is really simple but the varying temperatures, pressures, light difference (and these days its been still quite damp, what looks like fog but easy on the same thing as of late...), as well as the combinations as there are around 80 ingredients still (ideally) Soaking beans takes about a day however forgetting them on the counter one extra day is ok sometimes and even longer the more you rinse them in fresh water and/or kept in a fridge. The water begins to ferment and beans such as chickpea take forever to sprout so the water is of a taste almost like they are alive (which they are) and therefore breathing + full of air, such as plants are., OMG Martha Stewart recipes are so amazing and her show has been such a wonderfully fantastic inspiration for all the things I love to do.. clean, garden, make food, party, and all the things.
Anyway, there is a secret recipe substitute list somewhere on this blog that can be easily plugged into any pastry recipe at my level but the general substitute for every animal product is water and ground chia seeds. The beauty and delicate taste of any pastry is the simple things.. like a shit ton of sugar, Which by the way is vegan and the best thing in the world for making all the bitter plants.. which btw are more or less like 80% of the plants out there... taste not bitter but still amply the body with all those phytochemical compounds that the body ever so greatly benefits from.
