About
My History, Who I am, and What I do
I'm Denis and I live where the prairies meet the Rocky Mountains in a town called Stony Plain, ALberta, Canada. Vegan, and a herbalist I hope to inspire wellness within others. In high school, I was a very dark and depressive teenager. When I sat alone on the bus and observed people on the street, I always thought to myself "I want to be that person who is laughing and having a good time." It wasn't until I attended a college that I learned about the human body, plant medicine, and the impact diet has on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Although I had the necessary knowledge and information for staying healthy and living a fulfilling/meaningful life; I had no experience being healthy emotionally or mentally. It took some time get over that shock of a shift in consciousness and a huge development of my spirit had to take place before I could finally set all the healthy habits I learned in school to stone.
Now, working a simple role in a retail environment at a local greenhouse, I get to meet and cross paths with ordinary people from all walks of life and follow global happenings online. From a humble and ordinary perspective, I can confidently affirm that all humans would benefit from some basic uplifting in their wellness by simply only eating plants.
Only now, because of advancing science and technology, can we fully be capable of only eating plants. Evolve and protect this planet, become vegan.
